About Us

The Republican Assembly is the oldest and most influential organization in both California and The Antelope Valley. This conservative group was formed in California in the mid 1930s by a group of young Republicans determined to revitalize the Republican Party after a devastating GOP defeat in the 1932 FDR election.

The Antelope Valley Republican Assembly was established in 1977 by businessman Frank Visco, who later went on to serve as Chairman of the California Republican Party. The Antelope Valley Republican Assembly is revered by Republicans and denounced by Liberal Democrats for its superior political savvy and organizational skills.
